1. What is GPL Cellar
GPL Cellar is a plugin and theme manager for WordPress that offers seamless integration with your existing WordPress powered website to provide plugin management from within the backend of your website as well as automatic plugins.
2. Can I download the items?
Yes! After you active the GPL Cellar plugin, each item will have a Download button so you can download straight to your computer.
3. How many items can I download?
Daily download limits vary depending on the plan you purchased.
4. Are these nulled plugins and themes?
We do manually make some modifications to the code so the plugins and themes and can be used without a license.
5. Are these files safe?
Yes. All files are scanned with antivirus and malware software.
6. Why do you scan if files are original?
We scan all files that get uploaded to our server for viruses and malware regardless because, you never know what developers might put in their own code on purpose, or accidentally.
7. Can I use these on multiple websites?
Any items you download can be used on unlimited websites. Each license for the GPL Cellar plugin itself can only be used on 1 website at a time.
1. What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription will not renew. You get to keep and continue to use any items you installed. Plugins and themes will continue to work as normal, but you will lose access to future updates to those items.
2. Can I use these plugins and themes on any website?
Yes. Whatever plugins and themes you download can be uploaded to other websites.
3. How do we get started?
Create an account and download our plugin.
4. What payments do you accept?
We currently support credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies through Coinbase. Please contact us if you wish to pay using an alternate method.
5. Is there any way to rebrand before activation?
Yes! You can use a config file with rebranded settings. Head over to the support page for more information.
6. Do you provide refunds?
Yes! We can refund any order within a 30 day period.
7. How can I upgrade plans?
You will need to cancel your current plan, and purchase a new plan. We cannot prorate and offer credit towards upgrading at this time.
8. Can I cancel anytime?
Of course! You're not locked into anything. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account.
9. Can I keep plugins and themes after my subscription ends?
Yes. However, you will no longer have access to future updates without an active subscription.
1. Are license keys included?
No. We do not provide license keys for the plugins and themes you download.
2. How quickly can I expect a response from your support team?
Our support team is highly responsive. Standard support inquiries are typically answered within 24 hours, while urgent issues are prioritized immediately. For enterprise clients, we offer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with guaranteed response times to ensure business continuity.
3. Do you provide 24/7 support?
No, but if you send us an email our response times are very quick.
4. Do you provide support for the plugins and themes?
No.
5. Why do some plugins or themes fail to install?
Some plugins and theme fail to install properly because there exists a child zip file that contains the actual source. In these cases, you can use the Download button in the GPL Cellar plugin to download the file, extract it, and then manually install the correct file.
6. Why do some files need to be installed manually?
Some items, especially themes that come from Themeforest, are bundled with a documentation, licensing information, and a child theme along with the main theme, therefore you need to download the item and extract only what you need from the bundle.
